CCC delivers a custom approach to clients. By providing individualized project management and assigning the right skill level of trainer/consultant, we demonstrate our commitment to delivering excellent interventions that meet client needs and critical requirements. In delivering careful analyses, appropriate consulting, effective program design and training, we strive to develop a partnership with our clients that includes:
- firms/organizations working closely with CCC to coordinate an appropriate and timely custom intervention including, expeditious review and approval of cost proposals, cultural audit questions, training designs, consulting and training schedules, as well as, advance payment of retainer fees, and timely payment of invoices as services are delivered
- working directly with firm/organization delegated "program" decision makers including a "diversity committee" to ensure custom approach
- consultants and trainers having a working understanding of current firm/organization norms, values, expectations and behaviors relative to diversity and desired outcomes for CCC delivered interventions.
